Naval Engineer, born on August 8, 1980, son of Marcelino Henrique Rodrigues and Filomena Nascimento Lima Rodrigues, originally from Nossa Senhora da Graça, municipality of Praia, Cabo Verde, single, and currently residing in Mindelo.
He lived and attended primary and secondary school on Sal Island between 1984 and 1998. Meanwhile, he resided for one year in Praia, where he completed the secondary studies, the then “Ano Zero”.
In 1999, he taught Mathematics in the 1st and 2nd cycles at Olavo Moniz High School on Sal Island.
Between 2001 and 2007, he attended and completed naval military studies and earned a degree in naval engineering – mechanical branch, at the Naval School of the Portuguese Navy.
After completing his higher education, he joined the Cape Verdean Armed Forces, where he was initially assigned to the Command of the 1st Military Region as a military instructor.
